1) Eligibility and accounts

3) Virtual currency and virtual items

• Any in-game currency, points, tokens, credits, or similar virtual balances ("Virtual Currency") are licensed, not sold.
• Virtual Currency has no real-world monetary value, is not legal tender, and is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash (or cash equivalents).
• Virtual Currency and virtual items are non-transferable and may not be traded, gifted, or sold unless we explicitly enable a feature to do so.
• We may modify, rebalance, limit, or remove Virtual Currency or items at any time, including as part of updates, anti-fraud actions, or service changes.
• Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

4) No real-money gambling; no prizes of real-world value

The Service is intended for entertainment. The Service does not offer real-money gambling. Any outcomes, rewards, or drops are for in-Service use only and do not provide prizes of real-world value.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, graphics, text, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to pixelotterhall.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
