4) If you are underage or cannot be verified

• If you are under the legal gambling age in your location, you must not use our gambling features. We will restrict or close access to age-restricted areas.
• If you do not complete requested verification, or if verification fails, we may suspend or close your account and prevent further access to gambling features.
• Any use of gambling features in violation of age requirements may result in the voiding of related participation or outcomes, as permitted by our rules and technical controls.

5) Data handling and retention

Verification information (such as documents) is handled securely and access is limited. We retain age-verification records only as long as needed for verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with our internal controls, then delete or anonymize when no longer required.

6) Account deletion or closure requests

To request account closure and/or deletion of your personal data (including age verification data where applicable), email us from your registered email address at contact@pixelotterhall.com. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before processing the request.
